How long does a project take?
Typically 3–9 months – depending on roof size, structural conditions, permits, and the grid operator.
What costs are incurred by the owners or tenants?
None. We cover the entire investment, as well as construction, operation, and maintenance.
Can tentants and owners benefit directly?
Yes – tenants through affordable electricity, owners through roof lease. Both additionally benefit from ESG and image improvements.
Are there any grants or subsidies available?
Yes. We assess suitable funding programs for each project and incorporate them into the calculation.
What happens in case of structural limitations?
We develop custom solutions (lightweight systems, roof-integrated). In rare cases, implementation is not possible.
What happens if more electricity is generated than the tenants need?
Surplus electricity is fed into the public grid and remunerated according to the EEG.
What happens at the end of the contract term?
Dismantling at our expense or flexible extension – as desired.
Which roofs are suitable for a solar system?
Primarily large, unshaded flat roofs of commercial properties – e.g., supermarkets, logistics centers, retail parks.
Who bears the risk during construction and operation?
We do. As the operator, we handle risks, insurance, maintenance, and monitoring.
